About the print: When I was a child, I remember standing in the mountains of Syria during a family picnic, watching someone walk barefoot on the grass. I’d grown up with rules, don’t walk barefoot, don’t stray..etc, so I asked my uncle, "Is it okay?" He smiled and simply said "البرية حرية" Wilderness is Freedom. That moment stayed with me. In a world where society dictates how we act, dress and live, nature offered a different language, one of freedom, joy, and the pure feeling of being free & unjudged. This print with this phrase is a reminder of that. Nature, like a mother, never judges its children.
